Ingredients include:
Kelp Meal and Alfalfa Mix- Significantly boost immunity. Kelp is a good source of iodine
Yeast Culture- These bacteria are responsible for digesting fibre and stabilizing ruminant ph. The response in the animal is an increased feed intake and an improvement in performance.
Flax Meal- help to maintain healthy skin (wool) better and cell growth. Produces a natural shine.
Diatomaceous Earth- Absorbs non-specific toxins; helps prevent scours in young animals. Contains 95% silica which enhances the body's ability to absorb calcium Silica also promotes the growth of high quality fibre.
Wheat Bran- natural mineral that absorbs excess ammonia, mycotoxins and heavy metals.
Monodicalcium Phosphate- Extremely high quality source of calcium and phosphorus. The only source that is free of potentially toxic heavy metal pollutants
Zinc Proteinate- Combats zinc deficiency skin-disease
Copper and Manganese Proteinates- necessary for normal growth and reproduction

After purchasing our very first bag from out west, we quickly saw first hand how much our alpacas would gobble this mineral mix up. We had a hard time keeping the free range mineral mix in the buckets.

Legacy Lane Fiber Mill is a full custom processing mill that will be able to process a wide variety of fibers such as alpaca, llama, cashmere, mohair as well as a variety of finer sheep’s wool.

We will be offering services of processing fleece into rovings, batts, spun yarn or felt. All fleeces will be cleaned using only bio-degradable citrus based products. Legacy Lane Fiber Mill also guarantees that your own fiber will be returned to you and will under no circumstances be pooled with anyone else’s fleece unless otherwise requested.
